
Therapeutic Art Journalling
A safe space for you to express yourself freely, combining art and journalling. This is a space just for you, to use art and journalling to move through the unseen parts of yourself, to create better understanding and awareness of yourself. It helps you to move through your ‘stuff.’ Sharing only what feels comfortable for you. This will be on going even that is held approximately every 3 weeks, if time and space is available. Please bring:
* Art Journal (A4 or A3)
* Crayons or colour pencils
* A pen
Some supplies will be provided for your first time if you are unsure.

Embrace Your Inner Voice:
*Critic * Pleaser * Child * Perfectionist
An 8-week program to support you through accepting and embracing the different parts of you. Your inner voice, can be harsh and critical, can be pleasing to everyone, can be a bit of a perfectionist. As we grow and go through different life experiences our personality is formed. In time this becomes our inner voice. We are so familiar with it, that it becomes part of the constant mind chatter .. the white noise of our thoughts that never ends. part of our personality is known.
This Program will support you to:
- What your inner voice is made up of (who are your main sub-personalities: the Critic, the Pleaser, the Perfectionist etc.)
- How it was created, their purpose for being the way it is, what activates it and how to work with it
- what self-compassion is and how to increase it within yourself (no more beating yourself up)
- Create a plan of reducing the impact of your particular inner voice
- Create a self-Care/Self-Compassion plan
- Learn the difference between your inner voice and your intuition
- How your body reacts/responds to your particular inner voice and what its message is for you
