Silence the negative, harsh and judgmental, monkey mind. Shusshh That voice, the one that compares you to others, and lets you know that you are not good enough. Learn how to quieten the mind chatter, and embrace instead, your positive inner qualities. (Please note: there are 2 types of offerings, groupwork or individual.)

An 8-week program to support you through accepting and embracing the different parts of you. Your inner voice, can be harsh and critical, it can be pleasing to everyone, it can be a bit of a perfectionist, or it can be a tyrant, a control freak or a joker. As we grow and go through different life experiences our personality is formed. In time, this becomes our inner voice. We are so familiar with it, that it becomes part of the constant mind chatter .. the white noise of our thoughts, that never ends.
This Program will support you to:
- Learn what your inner voice is made up of (who are your main sub-personalities (your inner crew): the Critic, the Pleaser, the Perfectionist etc.) Get to know your inner voice
- The inner critic is very similar to your automatic negative thoughts, or you may have heard about the imposter syndrome, the inner voices are the cause of this feeling
- How your inner crew was created, their purpose for being, what activates it and how to work with it
- Learn what triggers your inner crew – what sets it off?
- Learn the difference between your inner voice and your intuition
- How your body reacts/responds to your particular inner voice and what its message is for you
- What self-compassion is, and how to be kind to yourself (no more beating yourself up)
- Create a plan for reducing the impact of your particular inner voice
Program starts October 2025.

Must have at least four attendees for this to go ahead, for the group program. Once I have four participants we can set up dates and times that suit everyone.
