Hi my name is Tanya Winter and welcome to Be All You Dream Of Therapies. Are you ready to release the shadow held within and shine your light?
A Little About Me: I am fascinated with healing, empowerment, awareness and love. I love self discovery, self awareness and the innate power each of us has inside. I have been interested in self awareness since I was in my 20’s, some many years ago. My life has had twists, turns and plot changes over the years, some of my own creation, whilst others where from others creations or actions. Non-the-less lessons, where learnt. Some of those lesson’s burnt, whilst others have soothed.
Healing, to make whole and complete, is a deep part of who I am. Discovering the innate healing power each of us has inside of us, is a gift I think everyone should be aware of, and use each and every day. Our intuition is a gift that is to be followed and is such and empowering aspect of being alive.
From empowering myself, I have learnt how to accept the woman I am… well I am still learning this skill (but aren’t we all!) Being aware of who you are, of what your body is feeling and telling you, and being aware of your emotions and how they affect you in your everyday life, is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. If you don’t know who you are and what your body is telling you, how do you have any idea of what you want? How do you live your life with purpose? Instead you may very well be floating in space with no clue of where you are going?
I love awareness, even though at times it can be a shit bang in your face!! It also opens the doorway to a better and deeper understanding of oneself. Being aware of your thoughts, emotions and breathing into each of those can be deeply transformative.
Loving yourself is really what healing is about. It is about loving the parts of yourself that are frozen, fearful, anxious or stressed. Learning how to love yourself is one of the most essential things each and every human being can do for themselves. You cannot create from an empty cup. I often bang on about self care and I think that for each of us to heal we each need to be responsible for ourselves first (not selfishly) but in a way that set boundaries and limits on what is and isn’t acceptable for our own self and taking loving care of who we are.
So welcome home beautiful. All parts of you are welcome here. Even the parts of you that you think don’t deserve to seen, voiced or loved.
